Why is the weight measurement not everyday? If you don't have one already, just create an email using Gmail and you would have access to google sheets (free). You need a Gmail account in order to use this template. What do I need in order to use this template? If you still want to modify anything, you can still proceed by clicking OK on the “Heads up!” pop up window. This is to make sure that you don’t accidentally end up modifying any of the functionalities of the template. Why do I get warnings when I try to edit something? You can make multiple copies so you can use it as many times as you wish. Now, when you open the copied sheet, the template will be editable. You can now name your copy and add it to any folder you want on your Drive. When you are on the google sheets file, click on File and then click on Make a Copy. To do this, open the google sheets file by clicking on the link at the top of this PDF.

For example, if you took down your first measurement on Sunday, try to take all your other measurements on the same day. For 'paired' body parts such as biceps, thighs and calves, you will see two graphs: one for the right side and one for the left side.
